Super Duplex Steel Nuts are composed of approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen, forming a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite. This composition provides remarkable strength—almost twice that of standard stainless steels—along with superior corrosion resistance in chloride and acidic environments. They exhibit a tensile strength of about 800–900 MPa and yield strength up to 550 MPa. With excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress cracking, these nuts maintain exceptional mechanical stability even under high pressure and temperature conditions.
