Super Duplex Steel Washers are made from a balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite, containing approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen. This composition gives them superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress cracking. With a tensile strength ranging from 800 to 900 MPa and yield strength up to 550 MPa, they offer nearly double the strength of conventional stainless steels. These washers retain excellent impact toughness and thermal stability, ensuring long-term performance even under fluctuating temperatures and aggressive environmental conditions.
