Super Duplex Steel Threaded Rods feature a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, containing around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen. This unique composition provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced cracking. They deliver a tensile strength between 800–900 MPa and yield strength around 550 MPa—nearly double that of standard stainless steels. These rods maintain superior toughness, fatigue strength, and thermal stability even in extreme environments, making them ideal for critical structural and industrial applications where both strength and corrosion resistance are vital.
